Good disability etiquette helps you improve customer service to your customers who have disabilities, and enhances the work environment by improving communications and interactions with coworkers who have disabilities. This webinar will provide a basic understanding of disability etiquette in interactions with customers and coworkers. Learn what “people first language” is, and how to effectively communicate with people who have various types of disabilities.
